Climate: Sydney has a pleasantly mild climate. Summer is the most popular time to visit with temperatures ranging from 19C to 26C. While winter has plenty of clear sunny days with average temperatures ranging from 8C to 18C, there can also be a chilly westerly wind blowing down off the Great Dividing Range making it quite cold in exposed areas.
