- Competition opens 16/5/2011.
- Competition closes 17/6/2011.
- Prize is for 2 nights accommodation for 2 people only in a Interlude Deluxe Cabin with log fire, two person in-cabin spa.
- Prize includes continental breakfasts plus bubbly and chocolates AND a voucher for Siam Thai Restaurant, Mooloolaba entitling the guest to a 10% discount off the total bill. Any miscellaneous or additional charges are the responsibility of the guest/s.
- Accommodation prize is valid for Sunday to Thursday nights only
- Winner will receive Prize is valid for 6 months after the draw only and must be taken by this time.
- Subject to availability.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Flights are not included and travel to/from is the responsibility of prize winner.
- By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The winner, for themselves and their executors, releases the Promoter and the prize givers, their agents, officers and employees, from any and all legal claims in connection with any death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses arising from or connected with the collection or enjoyment of the prize.

- Holidays for Couples retains the right to modify the competition close date.
- Winner will be notified by email and are expected to claim the prize by return email within 3 working days. If prize is not claimed within this time frame then Holidays for Couples retains the right to draw and notify a new winner. This will happen until the prize is claimed.
