Day 1 – Roluos Group & Angkor Wat
You will be met on arrival in Siem Reap – the gateway town to the splendid Temples of Angkor. Your day starts with a private trip to the less visited “Roluos Group” of temples situated away from the main complex and an optional stop at Little Angels Orphanage. In the afternoon depart by Tuk Tuk (a 3 wheel moto-taxi) to explore Angkor Wat. The day ends with a spectacular sunset at Phnom Bakheng.

Day 2 – Smiling Stone Faces & Tomb Raider temples
Rise early to catch the sunrise (optional) over the temples then return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast head to the South Gate of Angkor Thom where you will board an elephant for a ride to discover the smiling faces Bayon Temple. From the Bayon continue on foot to explore other important temple ruins. Before the day gets too hot transfer back to your hotel for lunch and a dip! In the afternoon head back to the temple complex to see Ta Prohm the over grown temple featured in the Tomb Raider movies!

Day 3 – Sandstone & Riverbed carvings
Today we head away from the main temple complex in to the surrounding jungles to visit some of the Angkorian relics off the normal tourist track. These include the spectacular underwater river carvings at Kbal Spean and the intricate sandstone carvings at Banteay Samre.

Day 4 – Artisans & the Capital
After breakfast visit the Siem Reap market and the workshops of Artisans d'Angkor (wood and stone carving) and the Landmine Museum of Mr Aki Ra before transferring to Siem Reap Airport for the flight to Phnom Penh. Transfer to hotel on arrival in Phnom Penh.

Day 5 – Cyclo’s to the Palace & Pagoda + the Killing Fields
After breakfast start the morning with “cyclo tour” (3 wheel bicycle taxi) to the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and the National Museum. In the afternoon visit Wat Phnom followed by Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, the Russian Market and the infamous Choeung Ek 'Killing Fields'.

Day 6 – The day is yours to decide!
After breakfast a vehicle, driver and guide are at your disposal for the optional tours below:
Planting rice at a local farm
Visit local villages known for silver ware, lacquering and gilding
Easy trekking through forests and paddy fields to see real rural Cambodia!
Visit the monks at a rural pagoda for a traditional blessing
Visit a fortune teller
Sunset boat cruise on the Mekong River.
Note: Some activities mentioned above depend upon the season

Day 7 – Undiscovered Beaches
After breakfast transfer to the beach resort of Sihanoukville, a journey of around three. Arrive at your hotel in Sihanoukville around midday. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 8 – Rest and Relaxation at the Beach
Free time for relaxing on the beach.

Day 9 – Beach & Back to the Capital
Morning to relax on the beach before an afternoon transfer back to Phnom Penh.

Day 10 – You’ve got to leave sometime!
At leisure until transferring to Phnom Penh Airport for your departure flight.
