The views are uninterrupted and breathtaking.
The cottage is light & airy with oiled wooden floors, high beamed ceilings and stylish décor. There’s a comfortable downstairs lounge with TV/DVD, sound system, CD collection and plentiful reading material, a fully-equipped kitchenette concealed in a large hand-crafted cabinet, dining area and a spacious, modern bathroom with robes, slippers, bed socks, hair driers, exclusive complimentary toiletries and heated towel rail.
The upstairs mezzanine bedroom has a queen-size bed. Fresh flowers, freshly ground coffee & tea assortments, home baking, port & schnapps are always provided. Downstairs a sofa-sleeper converts to a comfortable double bed for 2 extra guests and children are very welcome.
Full gourmet breakfasts can be delivered to the cottage or served in the homestead at a time to suit guests. Private dinners are also offered by arrangement and feature a wide range of creative options. Kamahi Cottage is 15 minutes from the charming rural town of Otorohanga, 30 minutes from Waitomo and 2 hours from the visitor attractions of Rotorua & Lake Taupo.
