Experience fine food prepared by your host Keith Pasley, a well known Bay of Islands chef, with stunning Northland wines selected by Miranda to complement Northland’s fresh and bountiful produce. Breakfast is served on the sandstone terrace surrounded by the fragrant garden and overlooking the water. Dinner is available by arrangement and all dietary requirements can be catered for. Our large vegetable garden and stone fruit trees supply produce for the kitchen and wherever possible other ingredients are produced locally.
