Why did you choose a destination wedding at Paradise Bay Eco Escape?
We wanted a venue within Australia that was intimate and unique. We loved the fact that after our ceremony and celebration, our guests could be flown away via helicopter whilst we remained in our little piece of ‘Paradise’ for our honeymoon.
How did the venue assist with your planning?
Prior to the day, I had one person assisting with the booking and the planning – she made sure I was aware that the resort could accommodate anything we chose to do for our wedding, but most importantly, assisted with various suggestions on how the day would proceed. When we arrived the staff were most welcoming and there was an instant feeling that we could totally relax and simply enjoy the day at our own pace.
What was the highlight of your experience?
All of the uninvited guests …. wallabies, monitor lizards and Wrosellas to name but a few. It was a very Australian experience.
