We visited the Big Island first and hired a car to drive ourselves around the island, visiting lovely seaside places along the way and witnessing current lava flow from Kilauea Crater in the Volcanoes National Park. It was an amazing sight to see, one we will never forget. Once we had completed the Big Island we flew back over to Oahu to stay at our accommodation in Honolulu which we loved as well. We took transportation on this island which we were able to see most of including going north to see the famous Pipeline surfing beach, and riding ATV's around a couple of movie sets eg. Jurassic Park and Pearl Harbour.

Why did you choose this destination?
We had always wanted to go to Hawaii and our Honeymoon was a special time for us to go there.

Why did you choose this accommodation?
Locality and away from busy, noisy areas.

What was your 'Honeymoon Highlight'?
Snorkelling in Hanuama Bay on Oahu was amazing, and seeing the current lava flow in the Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island.

Why?
There is so much to see, especially when you take you're time and hire a car. You see a lot more of the Hawaiian culture this way, away from the tourist areas.
