After completing an around the world work trip together in only a month, as well as a two-week road trip through New Zealand before the wedding, we really just wanted to spend our honeymoon somewhere here in Australia.

Why did you choose this destination?
Tasmania was one of the few places neither of us had ever visited. Tasmania is breathtaking, untouched and full of natural history and inspiring scenery.

What was your 'Honeymoon Highlight'?
Spending our first day in none other than ‘Honeymoon Bay’ in the stunning Freycinet National Park. Fishing, swimming and chilling out in some of the clearest waters on earth! Absolute bliss! Our interesting search for the Tarkine Rainforest – one of the world’s oldest rainforests with an amazing Aboriginal history. It was absolutely breathtaking and well worth the search!
