Holidays for Couples is the promoter of the ‘Virtual Beach Party’.
Latitude 16 and Port Douglas Peninsula Hotel are the Sponsors of the ‘Virtual Beach Party’.

As the Promoter, Holidays for Couples reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions and/or to cancel the competition at any time.

Entrants may enter once each week (one entry per party - total of 4 entries).

The Virtual Beach Party promotion will run online at www.holidaysforcouples.com.au/www.holidaysforcouples.travel for a period of four weeks from Tuesday 27th April 2010 til Tuesday 25th May 2010 (competition period).

Entry is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older, who are a Holidays for Couples eNews Subscriber. If you are currently NOT a subscriber, by way of this entry you will be given the opportunity to activate a subscription and validate your competition entry. Your competition entry will not be valid unless you are a eNews subscriber. Holidays for Couples eNews is a FREE newsletter that will keep you up-to-date with Special Offers, Competition news and other travel news.
All entrants in the competition agree to their names and details being given to the Sponsors of the Virtual Beach Party for marketing purposes.
Entrants in the Competition may only enter once unless the ‘Refer a Friend’ option is used.

Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The winner, for themselves and their executors, releases the Promoter and the prize givers, their agents, officers and employees, from any and all legal claims in connection with any death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses arising from or connected with the collection or enjoyment of the prizes.
Every week 100 entrants will be chosen to win a 6 month subscription (2 issues) to Holidays for Couples magazine (total 400 subscriptions given away).

- In week four and at the close of the promotion, 4 entrants will be chosen to win one of the following prizes:

1. Mowbray by the Sea. 2 nights accommodation (Land ONLY - Airfares NOT included.)
2. Beaches - 2 nights accommodation (Land ONLY - Airfares NOT included.)
3. Driftwood Mantaray - 2 nights accommodation (Land ONLY - Airfares NOT included.)
4. MAJOR PRIZE (Flights included) - Port Douglas Peninsula Boutique Hotel - 5 Nights accommodation including:
   Return transfers from Cairns Airport on day of arrival and departure from the hotel.
   Full Buffet Breakfast daily.
   Daily maid/room service.

Return flights are provided for two people from Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne for the MAJOR PRIZE only. All winners outside these ports will have to make their way to either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne at their own expense.

The winners will be notified by telephone or email on the date of draw and their name and suburb will be published at http://www.holidaysforcouples.travel and winners names may also be announced in the Holidays for Couples e-newsletter.

Re-Draw: If the winner does not claim the prize or does not respond to contact by email within five business days of the competition draw date, the Promoter will redraw the prizewinner until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed.

The prize must be redeemed by the prizewinner unless the prizewinner is under 18 years of age, in which case the prizewinner’s parent or guardian is required to redeem the prize on the prizewinner's behalf.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Spending money, international or domestic airfares, meals, travel taxes, travel insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner.
Each prize must be booked and taken within 1 year of the prize being awarded otherwise it will be deemed to be forfeited by the winner.

Travel is subject to booking availability and black out periods may apply. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize as stated above.
