South Coast
The South Coast of New South Wales is an area of outstanding natural beauty, including breathtaking cliff-top vistas, secluded sandy white shores and lush forests, as well as numerous serene lagoons and lakes which sustain an abundance of native wildlife. The South Coast has three key regions. Nothernmost is the City of Shoalhaven which extends from Berry in the north to Durras in the south. Next is the Eurobodalla Natural Coast from South Durras on the coast, taking in the major towns of Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma, down to Wallaga Lake, just south of the historic Central Tilba. Last, but certainly not least, is the Sapphire Coast which stretches from Bermagui down to Eden and beyond to the Victorian border.
