THE ROOMSWe stayed in ‘The Residence’, the all-suite tower section of the hotel. Our palatial two bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen, study and lounge offered expansive views over the city and left us feeling completely spoilt. Add to this your own personal butler, who is there to cater to your every need, and you certainly feel very special. Had there not been all the excitement of Kuala Lumpur and all it has to offer, we could easily have never left our suite!
TASTE TEMPTATIONS
So many choices are right on your doorstep in Starhill Gallery, ranging from Thai, tapas or pure Malay, and you should have a beer in the unique Bottle Bar, (made from thousands of bottles). Within the hotel is the award- winning Cantonese restaurant Li Yen, and for a truly Ritz-Carlton experience enjoy afternoon tea served in the Lobby Lounge, a treat not to be missed!

The special little touches - rose petals in your bathtub and on the bed, cute cards, messages, and decadent chocolate treats left by your personal butler, lounging by the exotic pool, and as if that is not enough ... a blissful couples spa treatment in the Spa Village, located on the 4th floor. VENTURING OUT
Adjoining the hotel is Starhill Gallery, Malaysia’s finest destination for luxury shopping, dining and wellness. Each floor has a particular theme, such as watches, fashion, home-wares, and the ground floor is bursting with restaurants, bars and entertainment, aptly named ‘Feast Village’. It has everything you need, yet the nightlife and shopping that is KL is only a few steps away, and no visit would be complete without experiencing Chinatown, with its night markets and street life.
